Wait, maybe the U.S. is flooded with Baofengs! I still see discussions about the legality of the Baofeng UV-5R for various radio services. I don't worry about the issue since I have no plans to own one. Now, people are wondering if their Baofengs will explode on command. Have you seen the news? My coffee is ready!

I'll take this opportunity to check for local trucking and other traffic on CB Radio Channel 19. Of course, the Allred Unit (153.845 MHz) and our City transit buses (453.5375 MHz) are already busy, and the school buses (152.360 MHz) will be chiming in soon.
